7 Basic Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup frozen cranberries
2 tbsp. soaked chia seeds
handful of organic baby kale
a good pinch of cayenne powder.
Depending on the power of your blender, blend for 1-2 minutes or until ready.
