Hey everyone, I’m back. Don’t even ask how long it’s been lol.
I’m taking a break from social media right now, mainly for health reasons (which I’ll write about later), but also to try and get back to blogging, especially now that I’m free from the daily rigors of homeschooling.
Today’s blogpost is simply about lunch lol. And about these delicious gluten free spinach wraps I found at my local market. I stuffed them with garlic hummus, baby spinach, minced purple cabbage, chopped radicchio, tomatoes, a few strips of sliced veggie patty, and lemon juice.
I’ve made my own gluten free wraps before, which came out pretty good, if I do say so myself. I’ll be sharing that soon enough so stay tuned..
